Happy Hearts Learning Centre (HHLC) offers a safe, nurturing, and culturally responsive early childhood program designed to support the holistic development of infants, toddlers, preschoolers, kindergarten learners, and out-of-school children. Our licensed childcare environment integrates play-based learning, emotional development, cultural identity, and family partnership to ensure every child feels seen, valued, and supported.
Our educators are trained in child development, trauma-informed care, cultural sensitivity, and inclusive learning practices, ensuring that every child, regardless of background, thrives confidently.
